What happens next?
On receipt of your booking form we will send you a confirmation email shortly with your details. Please check this and let us know as soon as possible of any changes. We will provisionally reserve your booking for 7 days until we receive your deposit.
Fully Catered Bookings
If you are booking a fully catered holiday with us, more than 8 weeks in advance we require a £100 per person deposit to confirm your booking. If you are booking less than 8 weeks in advance, the full payment must be made at the time of booking.
Self Catered Bookings
In order to confirm your booking, we require a deposit to the value of 25% of the total booking value if booking more than 8 weeks in advance. If you are booking less than 8 weeks in advance, the full payment must be made at the time of booking. In addition, we require a £300 security bond to be paid at the time of the final balance. This is repaid to you via a bank transfer within 2 weeks after your departure date, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the chalet.
Please note: If the chalet is not left as found we have the right to deduct an appropriate amount to cover the cost of additional cleaning.
Once we have received your deposit your holiday is confirmed and we will issue a confirmation invoice stating the balance due and it’s due date (8 weeks before the start of your booking). You must check your confirmation invoice, and all other documentation we send you carefully and as soon as you receive them.
All our prices on the website are in pounds Sterling. We would be happy to arrange a quote in any other currency if required. We reserve the right to pass on any bank charges incurred as a result. If payment is not received in full and on time, we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled by you. In this event, any monies paid by you will not be refunded.
How to make payments
Payments can be made by BACS (Internet banking / Electronic transfer) Our bank details can be found on the confirmation email we send you and at the bottom of your statement of account.
