* Booking Declaration: I have read the Sixt Alpine Chalet Terms & Conditions and accept them on behalf of myself and all members of my party. When your booking is confirmed by us a contract will exist between you and Sixt Alpine Chalet.

What happens next?

On receipt of your booking form we will send you a confirmation email shortly with your details. Please check this and let us know as soon as possible of any changes. We will provisionally reserve your booking for 7 days until we receive your deposit.

Fully Catered Bookings

If you are booking a fully catered holiday with us we require £100 per person deposit to confirm your booking.

Self Catered Bookings

If you are booking a self catered holiday with us we require a 25% deposit to confirm your booking. In addition to the deposit we require a £300 security bond to be paid at the time of the final balance. This is repaid to you via a cheque within 2 weeks after your departure date. (On a satisfactory inspection of the chalet).

Booking confirmation

Once we have received your deposit your holiday is confirmed and we will issue a confirmation invoice stating the balance due and it's due date (8 weeks before the start of your booking). You must check your confirmation invoice, and all other documentation we send you carefully and as soon as you receive them. If you are booking within 8 weeks of the date of your stay, full payment should be made at the time of booking.

All our prices on the website are in pounds Sterling. We would be happy to arrange a quote in any other currency if required. We reserve the right to pass on any bank charges incurred as a result. If payment is not received in full and on time, we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled by you. In this event, any monies paid by you will not be refunded.

How to make payments

We currently accept two forms of payment method:

1) BACS (Internet banking / Electronic transfer) Our bank details can be found on the confirmation email we send you and at the bottom of your statement of account. Please add your name as reference. (Preferred Method)

2) Personal Cheque - made payable to 'Linda Mounter' and posted to Currig Rea, Curry Rivel, Langport, Somerset TA10 0JF.
